there was a little confusion with the process with the shuttle service but it worked out better than expected

The Crowne Plaza was excellent. They were very helpful with creating a block of rooms for my guests and a suite for myself & husband. Our needs were taken care of quickly. Everyone there was pleasant and accomodating. The rooms were clean.
