"We ran shuttles from the hotel to my aunt's property. There was some communications issues between the drivers and the sales reps who helped me on the phone. I had a friend in charge of telling the drivers were to go and when. We were unable to have a larger bus for the first set of shuttles and were given the smaller, but swankier, limo bus. The driver was kind enough to drive us around the neighborhood to kill time as the rain cleared, driving past his dedicated time. The driver of the second shuttle was less forgiving of the passage of time."
