Clive Hancox is amazing to work with. A gentleman through and through, and extremely accommodating. We had 109 guests and I must say, the ballroom was packed in tight and we had to move tables to create a large enough dance floor. That being said, if you have a small wedding and are looking for a charming venue, please check the Philo out. It's three floors of grandeur, including a billards/smoking room and library. Lots of character.
