Our guests enjoyed their stay at the Magnolia, although a few were double charged for their room. We also did have some troubles with the staff handing out gift bags to all our guests and with the bridal suite being ready. I would recommend this hotel for atmoshpere, historical significance, and 'coolness' factor but not for service or ease of the process.

It is a great place for a wedding but they could use a better wedding planner.
