"Wendy at Chez Hay was a huge help in planning our event! It went off without a hitch! The food was delicious (we had the steak with chipotle cream sauce), had a signature cocktail (which we gave them the recipe for), and had no problems getting our vendors in there in time to set up our event. In my opinion Chez Hay is the hidden catering gem of Lincoln; we only knew about it because we attended a wedding at their facilities a few years back. We loved it so much that Chez Hay was the very first vendor we booked for our event. In fact, we booked our wedding day around their availability! Make sure you book well in advance - this place fills up fast!"

"Awesome, easy-to-work-with staff! The food is fantastic and there are several different foods to choose from on the menu to suit everyone's likes. The building has a nice set-up. I would recommend to everyone!"

"Chez Hay Catering is located in a loft in downtown Lincoln. The site is perfect, and Chez Hay was extremely easy to work with. They were very flexible, and were ready to do anything we needed. The food was excellent, not your normal beef, chicken, mashed potatoes. The food is upscale, but the price is very reasonable. We had tons of rave reviews about the reception and food.
