"I had a terrible experience with this guy--gave him my Reem Acra silk satin dress to press and when he delivered it before the wedding it was even more wrinkled than before. He charged me $100 and made my dress look worse--my aunt had to come over before the wedding to try to press it out with the hotel iron."
