Our Wedding
If you like art museums, this is the place to be.
Morris-Kehrwald Wedding
Our very own modern art museum. It's small but home to a Chihuly and some interesting sculptures. Free to see and easy to get to if you're spending an afternoon at the Plaza.
Jenifer and Shaun 's Wedding
World class art museum. Known for its Asian art. Great restaurant for lunch or dinner at Rozelle Courtyard inside the Museum. Small admission charge. Tell the desk if you are only going to eat. No admission if only going to the restaurant.
Morris-Kehrwald Wedding
Beautiful museum right off of the plaza. Free to see the classic stuff. In the summer of 2007 they added the Bloc Building that carries very cool modern art and rotating instalments. (Ever seen pictures of the giant birdies?)
Ashley and Andrew's Wedding
A smaller art museum, but don't miss the Rodin sculpture garden, period art displays, and modern art exhibits.
Rachel and Byron's Wedding
The Nelson Atkins is home to a large collection of classic artwork. Also worth seeing is the new Bloch building, the museum's all-glass addition.

We thought about having our reception here as it is a fantastic museum. If you get a chance during the weekend or you happen to come in early; it is very much worth the visit. Free admission but $5 for parking.
Rebekah and Mitchell's Wedding
The Nelson is located just off of the Plaza. This would be a good way to spend an afternoon -- walking around looking at all the art the museum has -- and finishing up with a stroll and dinner at a great restuarant on the Plaza!

Okay you don’t have to look at all 28,000 pieces, but you can enjoy many of them in a visit. While you are there visit the gods of ancient Egypt and survey the magnificence of Claude Monet’s vast Water Lilies. Oh, and don’t forget your badminton racket!
Kansas City Wedding In April
