"Rita, Joy and Bryan and all the Rhapsody staff were so helpful in creating a beautiful wedding for us. It was a perfect day. The venue is gorgeous, the gardens exquisite, and the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you so much! Rita was invaluable in helping us plan the day and the seating and the facilities are really lovely - we loved that we could do our own catering and use their kitchen. The hall decorations they provide included in the price are beautiful and the little cottage that is available to get dressed in is delightful and was so prettily prepared. I whole heartedly recommend the Rhapsody to any bridal couple or for any gorgeous event!"

"Our daughter got married on May 26 at The Rhapsody. This is a beautiful venue with very accommodating owners/family who helped make this such a joyful day. We wanted an outdoor wedding venue where we could have the reception at the same site. The garden is beautifully landscaped for an outdoor wedding and the inside is beautiful as well. We rented the next door cottage for the girls to get ready in and it was so convenient. We had 185 seated inside and 43 seated outside. It was cozy but did leave room for the dance floor. We used Rita’s son, Bryan, for the DJ and he was fabulous. Her other son, Brett, helped with the outdoor music, our slideshow, and the photo booth. They both did a great job for us. Included was a wedding coordinator, Elizabeth, who was on-site to help with logistics. Elizabeth was very helpful also. Rita offered suggestions throughout our planning which were welcomed since she had experience and we didn’t. This was our first daughter to get married. They have surround sound outdoors and the sound was very good. My son-in-law prepared a slide show and The Rhapsody can project it on the wall with good clarity. The photo booth was a big hit. That was our party favor for our guests. It is fun because they stream the photo booth pictures up on the wall in a slide show. They provide lots of props, and young and old really enjoyed this. Two copies of the pictures print, so the guests can take one and the other copy can go in a scrapbook for the bride and groom. The only slight problem we had was with parking. There is plenty of parking available, but the sign that indicated that the main lot was full was overlooked and caused a bit of confusion for people who had to back out of the lot. Rita was grateful to have this pointed out afterward to make sure that she can make this easier for future weddings. Overall, this venue provided everything we could have asked for—aesthetics and assistance with coordinating all of the details that are required to make everything go smoothly so that we could enjoy ourselves."

"Where do I start? The second I toured The Rhapsody, I knew it was the one! It is stunning and perfect for the outdoor wedding I have always wanted. It was such a great fit! The garden is impeciably landscaped and makes it absolutely gorgeous for a ceremony. The indoor hall is AMAZING. It is so warm and welcoming. You hardly need any decorations because it is so beautiful on its own. Also you can rent "the cottage" next door as a place for you to use to get ready in with your wedding party. That was amazing not having to drive all over KC all dressed up. As far as the staff......Rita is about as great as they come. She is so helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your day is just as you want it. She even went and bought me a tide to go stick when my dress got something on it! That is just how amazing she is! Everything was perfect and a dream come true. If I had just a couple critiques.....it would be that with the price (cause its a little bit up there) all set up and tear down of tables and chairs should be included. The tables are set up for you but you are responsible for setting out all the chairs at the ceremony and reception as well as lay the linens as well. When you spend as much money as you do that is just something I think that should be included. Also there were tours going on while my family and I were trying to set up and that was a little awkward. Actually one of the people on the tours were stepping on my decorations and very rude about it. Other than that thought it was pretty much worth the money. People keep telling me that our wedding was one of the most beautiful they had ever attended and I believe a large part of that was because of the Rhapsody."

"What a beautiful and quality reception hall with marble floors and floral arrangements. The grounds are well maintained with flowers and shrubs. The pictures are awesome with the rock wall waterfall and pillars. Great facility with a helpful staff."

"The Rhapsody is such a beautiful location. This family owned venue has a personal touch of care that you won't get anywhere else. We have a few family members with upcoming weddings, and hope to use The Rhapsody as well. It is such an elegant venue, not much decorating is even needed! "The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They offered assistance through the whole planning process, and went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect. They are such a nice family owned facility and generally care about their customers. They were there for us through all of the planning and the facility is beautiful! Although we had our wedding indoors, The Rhapsody has an outdoor garden area where couples can get married. They also have a small waterfall outdoors as well! Very neat. We were able to show a slideshow on The Rhapsody's projector during the reception. And finally, the pricing was very very reasonable. You just can't find anything like this place in the area. The owners are very nice as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely recommended."
