"We did not have a wedding, but I used this site to create a map for out-of-town guests for my Mother's 80th surprise birthday party. Summit Lake Winery was a great venue. Since my Mom is in Missouri, and I am in Iowa, I did all of the correspondence with Summit Lake Winery via email. Sarah, the event planner, was always very prompt in responding to my emails, and we were able to plan the menu, etc., with no phone calls. When the day arrived, Sarah and her staff were just as excited about the surprise my Mom was about to experience as all of her family were! They accommodated us far beyond the "contract" (let us come in the night before to decorate, etc.)and were the epitome of the great Missouri work ethic and just great people. The size of the room was just perfect for the 100 people in attendance. It's been over a month, and my Mom and friends are still talking about how great of a party it was."
