"Garvin Heights is a must do on a clear day. It is a short 5 minute drive up the bluffs and an even shorter walk out to the overlook. It won't take more than 20 minutes and will give you a nice panoramic view of beautiful Winona! This place doesn't have a website, but the one I attached will give you a few basic things about what to do in Winona."
