Abby and Brandon's Wedding
"This company was nice to work with and prices were reasonable, but they completely messed up our rental items and didn't recognize the mistake or apologize. I ended up getting a refund, but I wouldn't trust them again."
From the vendor:
The only thing Abby rented from Linen Effects were napkins. She chose the napkin herself but after flowers were delivered, the napkins she chose did not match her flowers as she anticipated. Linen Effects did not feel that this was such an issue that a refund was in order because after all, the client picked this color. We did give her a refund anyway, but certainly, we did not "completely mess up her rental items.
