"My husband and I hosted our wedding outdoors, under a tent, by a lake. Because we were able to chose our own vendors (rather than using someone "recommended" by a banquet hall) we insisted on hiring a company that wouldn't just offer us banquet chicken and baked pasta. Holiday Catering was absolutely incredible!!!!! The food was definitely NOT your typical wedding buffet. There wasn't a dry boring chicken breast in sight! They went completely above and beyond the service I expected...going so far as to provide drink service to our friends and family sitting out by the water, enjoying the view. Our guests are STILL raving about the food and service. For a smooth event, I would definitely recommend their services."

"Our cake was amazing from Holiday Cakes (Holiday Market in RO) - they are true cake decorators and created a unique one of a kind edible (but we will be saving it) topper that was cartoon versions of our family - the groom even got to wear a kilt on the topper. And the wedding coordinator Kim Parker was so nice and helpful."
