Horrible...they messed up my reservations and had guests waiting in the lobby. Ms. Mohammed made me incredibly stressed on the eve of my wedding. I didn't get a telephone call from the manager until after I contacted the 800 number. They made amends, but it will certainly be a while before we do business with Hampton Inn, again.
