Of course you've heard of the infamous "Bourbon Street" of New Orleans! Here, enjoy Hurricanes from Pat O'Brien's (Pat O's), see the swinging legs, check out the numerous shirt and touristy shops, and, of course, try a "Huge Ass Beer". This is the place to be at night. The most popular section is from Canal Street to St. Ann Street. Here, you will find numerous bars and shops, and, of course, people drinking, singing, and dancing in the streets. Past St. Ann Street, you will find many rainbow flags, and further down towards Esplanade Avenue, mostly residences. If you are attracted to members of the opposite sex, then you might be more interested in staying towards the Canal side of St. Ann. This section is blocked off for pedestrians only; no cars can drive on the street.
