"BOO!! We had to call numerous times over the course of 5 months to get our lessons cancelled. We kept being charged, too, until we were finally able to get them to cancel the lessons. We have 7 lessons that we've paid for and we aren't even comfortable stepping foot in that studio because of all the trouble we had cancelling the lessons. If you go there, be prepared for a HARD sell. A VERY HARD sell. If you sign up for lessons and need to cancel them - you will have a hard time. They do want your business, and once they have it, they are like a dog with a bone that doesn't want to let go. If you have the money and time, then they aren't so bad. The instructor was very nice, and they did try to cut us a deal to keep us, but it was still too much for us."
