Ashland, the home of famous nineteenth-century statesman Henry Clay, is located a short distance from downtown Lexington on a beautiful seventeen-acre wooded estate. You may stroll the grounds at any time. The walled garden is locked at 5 p.m. Tours on the hour Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission: $7 adults; $3 children; children 5 and under free Contact: (859) 266-8581
