The cake was delicious, and the baker was pleasant to work with. The final product was beautiful. When I asked about preserving the top tier, the baker informed me that they recreate the top tier at no cost for your one-year anniversary. Huge points for that! They are also pretty well known for their cake sculpting, which is a skill that is not too common around here. My gum paste flowers were not the color they were supposed to be, but I was still very pleased.
