"What an awesome place!!! We were VERY impressed! Our friends and family even commented to us about what a great place it was! We could not have asked for a better reception site! It has a big dance floor, a nice kitchen, and an awesome bar area! The lady we got to work with there was wonderful...so accomodating and helpful! We highly recommend the Houston Street Ballroom!"

The problems they are referring to involved one of their guests taking something that belonged to the ballroom and they were going to have to pay for it until the guest returned the item at the last minute. It does not relate to their experience with the Ballroom or how well their event went at all.
