"Jon searched for over a month before he made his final decision. Every time he looked for a ring it was either after work or after his field study for an environmental class. Needles to say, Jon was always looking like a scrub going into the jewelry stores. During Jon’s first visit to IDC he was completely ignored for over 10 minutes until Denise approached him. Little did she know how much he had budgeted for my ring. I think all of the other jewelers felt stupid after he left. Never judge a book by it’s cover!!! Denise was so helpful throughout the whole engagement ring purchasing process. She’s super friendly and helpful, and unfortunately has left IDC."
