"My mom and I were eating at the Famous Dave's in Baxter, MN and I saw their catering brochure! We started looking through it and the prices were great! We really needed to stay within our budget and use someone that Whitefish Lodge would work with too. We met Ryan Olson, the manager & catering expert, that night when he came around to our table asking if he could help us with anything. We asked him some questions and we set up an appt to meet with him. We met with him a few days later and we walked out of there shaking our heads in awe of how wonderful and willing Ryan was to help us come up with the perfect meal for our reception. He was excellent!! He went out of his way to do so much extra for us. We knew for sure that we would definitely go with him and Famous Dave’s. Ryan did so much for us, was very friendly and easy to work with. He's very creative as well and we were able to stay within our budget! The food was excellent and so was the service!! Heard nothing but good from our guests! :) It was very fun as well. It fit Chad & I's personality too- BBQ and we LOVE to eat at Famous Dave’s! :)"
