"We love the layout and the design work in the hotel, but the staff is all over the place. Convenient location and great decor, but that's all that is going for it. For exmaple, when the bridesmaids and the bride showed up the night before the wedding--there was not a single room for them in the hotel. Arrangements had been made months and advance, and even though they could produce a PRE-PAID confirmation number, there were still no rooms available. Would not recommend this location."
