"Although we were happy with the venue itself--the hotel is beautiful--and the room rates we got were outstanding, we did have some problems with accounting. Our contact was not very good about getting back to us and we had an extra $6,000 charged to us without our permission, which took weeks to get taken off the credit card. They seem like they might be short staffed."
