Observatory to see the best view! Signature Room (restaurant) is on the 95th floor.

Set back a bit from downtown, the Hancock Building has the best view of the city. Visit the Signature Room restaurant for free on the 85th floor and skip the observation deck. You might have to buy an overpriced soda, but it's still cheaper.
