"Kate is so great to work with. She went above and beyond in every way to make sure that our reception ran smoothly and our guests enjoyed the party. The only complaint I heard from anyone at the reception was that the venue was cold - but with my 10 lb dress, I didn't really notice!"

"The hotel's convenience and close location to the reception were the highlights of the hotel. We had to move guests from certain rooms because they had mold in their bathrooms. With our wedding package we received a suite and the day our wedding party went to check us in the hotel we didn't have a room reserved for us on our wedding night. Finally, after much negotiation they had us check into a regular room. It took much more negotiation to finally get the right room."

"The 5 Sullivan Brother Convention Center is the only large convention center in Waterloo. With inviting 475 people and 300 attending we needed a large space and choices were limited. We live out of state and had certain ideas about our reception that we wanted to be unique and different and 5 Sullivan Brothers had a hard time meeting those expectations. Even though the reception was beautiful we would not have our reception at 5 Sullivan Brothers if we were to do it over again."
