The event planning staff is wonderful. Miki put up with all my millions of questions throughout the whole year of planning. They were also willing to work with me, there were things I wanted that weren't on the menu and they made it happen, etc. The grand ballroom is stunningly beautiful, the elegance of the old beats the blahness of a new hotels ballroom anyday. Hardwood floors, dripping chandaliers, and creamy drapes over giant windows. You can't beat it!
