"Jane was very helpful the first time we met with her. However, there was a lot of confusion the last week of the wedding with a PA system. They kept changing the delivery process and then charged us 4 times the amount they had first quoted us. They have a lot of great ideas for decorations and take a lot of the extra "busy work" out of the last week of preparations."
