"Len Swiatly is the owner/chef of A Moment in Thyme. He is great at what he does and reasonable about his prices. He will try anything once or twice, but will not put something on him menu until he is absolutely satisfied with it. He does not accept good food only great food. He is easy to talk to and thinks and acts like a normal person not some snotty head chef that thinks his food is made of gold. If I ever have an even in Waterloo/Cedar Falls again I will use him as often as possible."
