"Everything was just about perfect. The only complaints I would have is that 1. we weren't allowed in the reception hall until 4pm the day of the wedding - the ceremony started at 3pm so it was impossible for my family to set up the hall. Thankfully my florist stepped up and was incredibly helpful. 2. We werent allowed to take any of the leftover food home because of their "food laws" - whatever those were. Kind of disappointing considering it was a buffet and most of the leftovers were probably thrown away and my husband and I barely got to eat. 3. The bartenders were soliciting for tips throughout the night. This is AFTER we paid a 21% gratuity. I thought it was classless and inappropriate. It was rude to my guests and I was incredibly disappointed. So far, all we've had is emails back and forth and nothing has been done about it. The bartenders claim that they "only collected $90 with 240 guests" but I still think that it was inappropriate and my guests shouldnt have felt pressured to tip the bartenders. It should have been up to us, if we felt the service was fantastic, to add more gratuity."

"I can't say enough how amazing they were!!! They helped us plan everything, and they worked my (fairly detailed) vision into every detail of the day. They made a superb menu for us, the service was outstanding, and our guests were talking about it for a really long time. Honestly, if I still lived in Ohio, I'd probably hang out these people, they're so great. We had a French theme, so the chef set up a display of artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits and veggies, and bakery breads, and they did a huge selection of passed hors d'ouevres, and that was just for the cocktail hour!"
