"The hotel itself is very nice and freshly redone. There is a nice pool and hot fresh breakfast for your guests. All of our guests that stayed there had really nice things to say about them. The only problems I had with them were booking the rooms. They did not give much of a block rate discount and they wouldn't give me the number of rooms I needed. They would only give me a block of 10 and when those filled up they said they would renew them, but they never did. I had to keep calling when guests would call me and say that the block was filled. So the hotel was nice, but management and service leading up to the stay was very poor and frustrating."
