"A little expensive but nice location. The downtown location is close to many restaurants and the falls. Fantastic Sunday brunch."

"Very beautiful. We used the Starlite Ballroom on the 10th floor. A little pricey, but worth it. Also, staff claim to take down and put away all decorations for the reception but we were there a few days later to pick up items and they were not done."

"Our guests had several issues and I was unhappy with the service. We NEVER received a bill for our gift opening room yet received several angry phone calls about paying for the use of the room. Because we had ordered food and were given several prices throughout our planning process, I wanted a detailed bill of exactly what I was paying for. Also, the Event Coordinators were extremely hard to get a hold of and not good about returning phone calls. All in all, I was glad I did not have anything more than a block of rooms and gift opening at the Holiday Inn."
