"I asked the staff at the desk to charge two night's stay to my credit card for my grandparents (who could not afford to pay the rate) and instead, the desk staff asked for their credit card at the front desk and hence charged the room to their account instead of mine. This was probably an honest mistake, but I made it very clear to the desk worker on the phone that I wanted to pay for their room."
