"Is there a negative star rating because this would warrant it. This was my only bad experience in planning the whole wedding. I made an appointment four months in advance for my entire bridal party (to include my mom and aunt) to get manicures and pedicures. I spoke to two different people, and even had someone call me back to say she had talked to a manager to confirm they could accomodate such a large group. Then the day before our appointment, I called to confirm, and they had no record of my appointment. Then they had the nerve to suggest I had made an appointment with a different salon and that I was just confusing them with someone else! Well, come to find out, they just switched to a new computer-based system, so they probably forgot to put my appointment in. Oh, and one of the two "owners" of the salon, I found out just got there in May, so of course, she wouldn't remember me because she wasn't even there when I made the appointments. It was way too much stress to deal with the day before the wedding."
