Three floors of disrepair and debris have been transformed with authentic tile floor, hand carved and stained wood, velvet, leather chairs and intimate lighting. It's worth a visit just to admire the space. The short, sharp menu of flavored modern classics mirrors the nature of the clientele at the Spotted Dog. It's still a pub - serving bangers and mash, just the finest pork sausages with butter mash, braised cabbage and Guiness gravy.
