There are a surprising number of Persian restaurants in Sandy Springs (which has become the epicenter for the local Persian community), but this one in Mary's opinion is one of the best. Start off with their fresh-baked flat bread and try the Shireen Polo (saffron rice studded with raisins, barberries, slivered almonds, pistachios and orange zest) with lamb kebab or another of their 18 types of kebab, or their pomegranate chicken. Located next to Ippolito's in the Abernathy Publix Shopping Center.
