Fune (meaning "boat" in Japanese) is a very modern, high-tech twist on the traditional Kaiten sushi bars of Japan, which are known for their revolving conveyor belt system. At night, the energy is kicked up a notch, with bartenders replacing the chefs behind the conveyor belt and mixing Fune signature drinks.
