They're truly "creations" -- there's no other word that fits her incredible artistry. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning -- she created the design we wanted perfectly, and the vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling was just perfect. When we went for our cake tasting, she had iced our tasting cake so smoothly that DH and his brother were amazed it was frosting and not fondant! She is wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to all inquiries. Her prices are extremely affordable. Eileen loves what she does and it shows."
