"Walk onto the pier where the cruise ships dock to find this little hut and book the 2 hour jet-ski tour. If you have a "need-for-speed" this is the trip for you. It's an adventure but also educational with stops along the way to learn about the history of the island. If you do it on a less that perfect weather day (meaning you have a very small group going out) they'll often take you to hidden places where they can't take larger groups. So should it rain, don't cancel without talking to them first... you may miss something great!"
