"Although they have a tool on their website to request songs beforehand and make dedications, they didn't play all the songs we wanted and didn't read any of the dedications. I spent a lot of time setting that up on their website, so I was disappointed. I also asked the DJ to announce a couple of birthdays that I found about at the wedding, and he didn't do it. They were great to work with beforehand and have reasonable prices, but they didn't really pull through at the event."

"Terrible. They called 2 hours before the wedding because the original DJ could not make it. They also had me choose all the songs 2 weeks prior and they did not have the song for our first dance. Horrible customer service and they created quite the panic."
