Beautiful and historic mansion in the heart of the city, built in 1902 by renowned architect Stanford White for Mr. & Mrs. Patterson, the editor and publisher of the Chicago Tribune. One of only three temporary White Houses, it was home to President Calvin Coolidge in 1927. The only survivor of the small "palaces" that once ringed Dupont Circle, this very elegant house was built for entertaining and reflects an era that was known for its grandeur. The Washington Club provides a variety of opulent rooms and the perfect lay-out for a wedding with ceremony, reception and seated dinner in distinctive rooms for up to 200 guests. The club also offers a rich heritage with many exquisite architectural details that will help create the perfect day and lasting photographic memories.

"Elegant, reasonably priced, and convenient. The club facilities are beautiful and allow for many unique photo opportunities. I can't say enough about the club director Yann Henrotte. He is organized, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this venue."
