Rachael was incredible and I felt that her prices were VERY reasonable for the design that we chose. She is very professional and easy to work with. Her portfolio of work is amazing & original and her gum paste flowers look completely real. She is an artist and her attention to detail puts her above all the rest. Rachel spent the time to really make sure that we got what we wanted. When I saw the cake for the first time, I was on the verge of tears from the stunning job that she had done – it left me speechless. Not only was it beautiful but the taste was heavenly. The Iris’ looked exactly like the real flower and the caterers were blown away by the life-like detail of each flower; they actually thought they were real! I would recommend her over and over again.
