"The Westin had its' good and the bad. There were some room mix ups, we were billed twice for the same charge, they removed items from our hospitatlity suite without my permission and it took me two days to get them back and still didn't get them all. The coordinator, Mayra, was excellent and last minute was able to change our ceremony location to the golf course which was what we had really wanted. The room rates and ceremony fees were the best in the valley which is why we chose this location. Rooms were nice, and the service from bell boys and front desk were excellent. I would recommend this venue just make sure to have someone in charge and organizing things b/c as a bride you will not have the time!"
