"The venue and location are awesome, but caterer/coordinator was poor at best. Food was good, but a few guests were served cold meals. The caterer had a great sales pitch when we first met about their customer service and how they will not take advantage of you, but they went back on a number of these promises. They continually tried to increase prices from previously discussed rates and made-up flat out lies why it happened. They were very hard to deal with and if it weren't for our persistence we would have been taken for a ride. Their on-site coordinator was poor at best. She didn't keep us on track, was in over her head and if it wasn't for our personal attendant, the day would have been a disaster. We loved this venue and location, but wished the caterer experience would have been better."
