"DO NOT book any special event here! It took 2 weeks to get an initial response, which was generic at best and didn't provide any type of package attachment, pricing, menus, etc. And then the manager only responded again to my inquiry for a tour/additional information after I pushed TWICE. Her second response took over THREE MORE WEEKS to respond that they're busy. I guess they don't value/need your business. AVOID THE HASSEL! If they're this bad before they even get your deposit, what will it be like after?! Beautiful place, terrible business."
