"The venue is absolutely beautiful!! The staff was great, but the coordinator left much to be desired. She forgot several things (flowers, list of toasts being given at the reception, and she left the event early after forgetting several things!) and seemed too busy for us at times and even forgot the groom's name!!! He paid for everything and was the main point of contact for over a year during planning! Ouch!!!!! Food was good and the wedding cake was beautifully done. Don't expect to get any sleep though! Very noisy hotel! Brides, sleep elsewhere if you need to be up early on your wedding day or you will look tired like I did! :-( and don't expect to sleep and enjoy your first morning being married...this is not the hotel for relaxing! It is a party hotel on Bourbon St."
