"My husband is 1/2 Japanese so to also infuse our wedding reception with at least a taste of the Asian culture. My husband enjoys Japanese food, but he is crazy about the Kau Kau in Seattle. So instead of having pulled pork, we went with a full Kau Kau pig...let me tell you...this pork is to die for. It just about melts in your mouth. I think it was probably the first thing to be picked clean off the buffet line! For a small fee they came and set it up. When I say set it up I mean that they take this pig and reassemble it to look like the traditional whole hog...OMG, incredible. They also have the best duck that I believe I have ever tasted...check them out, especially if you are having an asian or asian themed wedding."
