"Not realizing that one needs a contract to confirm a wedding cake order, the order I had arranged was of course cancelled (mea culpa). When it finally occured to me that I needed to follow up---only 4 days before the wedding---Kylie explained that given the short timeframe, she could still make a cake but not the elaborate one that I had originally inquired after, especially since I wasn't even on the books. I was so very grateful that she was able to work with me on such short notice. But then she went the extra mile! She pulled a late night and provided the sandcastle cake of our dreams. I didn't even see it until it came time to cut the cake. What a great surprise! And it not only looked great, it tasted yummy. I highly recommend the vanilla raspberry swirl cake with buttercream frosting."

"Kylie from Outback kitchen was very laid back and east to work with! She provided the buffet table linens, plates, glasses, wine glasses ect... if you want them because she also has a wonderful bistro! We loved every bite of food they made for us and they were very professional. They also work with a bar tender who is really great at "cutting people off" when needed. Great people and excellent food!"
