"Beth Sogaard Catering was excellent. Working with the manager Steve was a pleasure - he took into consideration my individual concerns and acted in some ways as a wedding planner. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. Steve saved the day by identifying a sudden change in the weather forecast the day before the wedding and secured us a canopy. It did end up raining but our guests were dry and warm!"
