"Would never use or recomend this vendor. Terrible customer service and poor cake quality. Gave us the wrong cake for the wedding shower and STALE cake for our wedding. Mistakes happen; however, taking two weeks with several emails and phone calls to get an answer that there was a mistake in the kitchen...of course there was...chocolate vs vanilla. Usually a simple apology is good enough for me but to ignore calls and emails and offer nothing else is poor customer service. No response at all about the stale wedding cake yet...it's been a month. My guests thought I purchased the cake at a discount grocery store and were totally suprised with the poor quality. The grooms cake was from Grimes Bakery and was awesome and was over 75% less expensive than the one quoted from More Than Cakes."
