"Kathy has such a great work ethic. We would have loved to use her. So will try anything, but will not send out a product that she herself is not happy with. she only takes on one event per date so she books quickly and when she gives you a deadline for payment you had better make it cause she will give your date away without a second warning. I wish I had been able to use her. She is very talented her customer service is awsome and her cakes are so moist and delicious."
