"Todd was great at hitting the cues with our music request. He cut the toast short, and didn't open the mic back up after we asked. He also forgot the parents dance until I reminded him. Most people ended up not dancing at our wedding. I am not sure if this was because of the buffet line taking so long, or poor crowd management on his part. They were on time. We never got to meet with anyone in person, simply e-mailed the play list."
